Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or pre-order products) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have a placed a Pre-Order the product description will have more specific details.  If there are any delays on a regular order you will be notified

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Some items require extra shipping.

Standard Shipping Rates are as follows:

Purchase $.01 - $13.00 shipping rate is $5.00 to Continental US. 

Purchase $13.01 - unlimited shipping rate is $7 to Continental US.

Heavy/Bulky Items require and extra $5.00 shipping and are noted on product page

Machine Shipping Fees are calculated at checkout based on machine you are purchasing.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Two Chicks Quilting, 483 County Road 251, Ganado, TX. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@twochicksquilting.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We mainly ship via USPS so if you have a PO Box please provide that address for your shipping address.
