Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy:

At Two Chicks Quilting, your satisfaction is our top priority!  We want you to love your purchases and feel confident shopping with us.  To ensure a smooth experience, please review our return and refund guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Fabric & Cut Goods:  Due to the nature of our fabric and cut-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns on any fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered in any way.  We kindly ask you to double-check your measurements before placing your order.
  • Notions, Patterns, and Kits:  Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.  Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Defective items:  If you receive a defective product or an error was made on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.  We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Classes & Workshops:

  • We understand plans can change! You can receive a full refund or store credit for cancellations made 48 hours before the start of the class.  After that, cancellations are non-refundable.  If we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund. 

Please keep in mind a lot of planning goes into these classes and events and we have minimum requirements from instructors so please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend for something you have registered for.

Final Sale Items:

  • Clearance items, gift cards, and customer orders are final sale and non-returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (store credit), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (store credit).

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are “lost in the mail”.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
