Skip the hassle of moving heavy furniture and enjoy a stress-free setup with Arrow's Premium Delivery Service!

For select Arrow Sewing Furniture models, your cabinet arrives fully assembled and is delivered by a dedicated FedEx delivery team. Your furniture will be carefully transported and placed in the room of your choice—even on a second floor when applicable. Once your cabinet is in place, the delivery team can also remove all packaging materials and debris upon request.

Important Notes:

  • The FedEx delivery team is not responsible for any assembly.
  • Premium Delivery Service is available only on select Arrow Sewing Furniture models. Other models are shipped Ready to Assemble (RTA).
  • Sydney Cabinets (both Electric Lift and Hydraulic Lift versions) are limited to ground-floor residential delivery only.
  • Delivery obstacles such as narrow doorways, stairwells, tight corners, or other access restrictions may prevent room-of-choice placement. In these cases, the cabinet will be placed in the nearest accessible location.
  • Refusal of shipment due to delivery obstacles is not permitted.
  • Premium Delivery Service is currently unavailable in some areas of the country.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or pre-order products) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Returns
Items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 15 days of purchase for store credit (if item has been shipped to you, 15 days from date of delivery).
