Swivel snap hooks are great for attaching handles to purses and bags or other accessories. The swivel feature keeps your handles from getting tangled and twisted. Returns
Items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 15 days of purchase for store credit (if item has been shipped to you, 15 days from date of delivery).
